What if you could upgrade your brain’s operating system, making changes that are long-lasting and sustainable?

Most attempts at change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. To achieve sustained change towards a more positive mind, we need to form new habits by consistently practicing daily. This program is designed to empower you to do just that.

Want to know if this 8-week PQ Coaching Program is for you?

First, ask yourself: which zone am I usually in along this Growth Mindset continuum?

Then, ask yourself: Am I willing to integrate a short mindfulness practice, we call “PQ reps” into my daily life as a means towards obtaining a growth mindset? To build my EQ muscles?

Positive Intelligence represents a breakthrough in your ability to raise Emotional Intelligence (EQ) first within yourself, and simultaneously across your organization. The main challenges until now have been the existence of too many EQ competencies (18) and that initial improvements quickly fade over time.

The resulting EQ improvements are sustained because we focus on building habit-forming mental muscles, not just insights.

“98% of our program participants experience EQ growth.”

Common Questions

How do you define success?

Success was a moving target. What looked like success when I was starting out didn't feel like success by the time I arrived. My biggest shift in developing mental fitness was to focus on my life satisfaction rather than my goal satisfaction and to define success from an inside-out perspective.

Stress and pressure are my energizers, I do not want to tame that.

I acknowledge that you have inner fire and energy that is ready to be utilized. Your anxiety can be healthy if you learn how to use it instead of being used by it. You may think that pushing yourself through overwork and control will lead you to the "happiest ever land." However, at what cost? How will this anxiety impact your performance, success, relationships, and well-being in the long term? How sustainable is it to overuse your inner fire? This is why developing mental fitness is essential. It allows you to connect to a space where you can use anxiety energy without feeling fried or dull with no spark. You can use your energy with balance, self-trust, compassion, and clarity while working towards your goals.

What are your thoughts on consistency, I am wired to be a sprinter and I have no patience.

I can relate to how your brain works. It might tell you that small changes aren't worth your time. However, I have learned that sprinting does not help me achieve the results I want with competence and satisfaction. Furthermore, my impatience has stopped me from following through. By developing a marathon mindset through mental fitness, specifically building the muscles of a calm, focused, and clear mindset, I have been able to slow down, become patient and consistent, do less but accomplish more, and do so with greater focus and speed.

How come I have this feeling of insatiable hunger?

Have you considered slowing down and savoring what's on your plate? Celebratory moments are often short-lived, leading to thoughts of "what's next?" in the morning. This trap of feeling like you and the world around you are not enough can create an insatiable hunger. To break free, you need to stop and allow yourself to taste the pudding. Developing mental fitness will help you connect to your inner self and appreciate, celebrate, savor, and nourish yourself from the inside out.

That sounds great but you don’t know me, Ghada, it won’t work. I do not have the time to talk to my friends and work on building relationships, let alone have time for mental fitness practices.

I appreciate you mentioning your friendships and relationships. Mental fitness practice can help you connect with your own personal worth, unattached to whatever accomplishments those around you may have. When you stop defining yourself solely by your achievements and begin accepting yourself more easily, you will find it easier to invest in personal relationships. I encourage you to view this as an opportunity to build new skills and improve your relationships.
