Choose any or combination of the following SIMPLE practices to put you back on the alignment path:

1-Make time to switch off and be - call it meditation, breathing or mindfulness, small intervals of pauses, 10 min x3 /day.

2.-Movement : whether it’s cycling, dancing, yoga, stretching, or just walking outside. Nature and sun are amazing and powerful alignment sources.

3-Brain dumping: whether writing in a journal or voice memo.It is so effective especially when there’s lots going on.

4-Make sure that the first meal of the day is packed with protein.

5-Connection : Have 10-20 min moment of connection with people who you find inspiring and elevating.

6-Declutter your space, burn palo santo or sage, drink water.
